We have commenced a new project in Norway. This time we are operating in Hanoytangen shipyard near Bergen, where a 24-year-old Polar Pioneer semi-submersible drilling rig is being renovated. Ventor has been commissioned to carry out anti-corrosion works by Beerenberg Corp. AS. (former D&F Group), with whom we are cooperating for over a year now, among others on Karsto processing plant and Mongstad rafinery. Our presence on the project was proceeded by a test by Beerenberg, which was carried out between 10.03-10.04.2009 on Ventors training site in Straszecin. The scope of the test was adequate to works carried out on the project, e.i. sandblasting, pressure painting, high pressure cleaning - watterjetting.
