2009-07-15: Board Announcement
Dear Employees!
In the time of crisis every organization faces great challenge – to survive and maintain worked out position at market.
It is time of great concentration of means and power directed to maintain our current position, but at the same time, considering company’s achievement and its functioning in the future.
Therefore, The Board has undertaken initiative of starting robust actions concerning assessment and raising efficiency of the company, to effectively use its potential during upturn in the economy.
The Board expects active participation of staff as part of undertaken actions. By the reason of this during July and August will take place a series of workshops, within which employees transferred from particular departments, with support of external consultants, identify existing organizational problems as well as work out improvement proposals.
I would like particularly highlight the fact, that in first workshops actively participated and demonstrated engagement representatives of all company’s departments. The team began to build Company’s Value Code, which will be soon accepted and implemented in our organization.
The next step in mentioned team work will be identification of key business process in the company. The team is going to make detailed analyses of those processes and work out recommendations concerning improvements. It is very important and responsible stage of optimization of all action at operative level, which has direct influence over whole company’s efficiency.
I hope for engagement of team members as well as all employees interested in achieving our joint success.
