Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
The main goal of Ventor company is meeting requirements in force concerned with Work health and safety.
When applying the policy of assurance of work health and safety of employees it is our goal to protect personnel against noxious and dangerous factors, as well as designing of work stations, work organization. We follow also the obligation to consult with employees and inform them and train to achieve right work ergonomics.
We pay special attention to vocational risk assessment by applying appropriate measures, which ensure increase in safety and better protection of employee health.
These measures are corrected at all levels of organization structures with company operations and continually improved.
To provide the highest level of our HSE we are preparing to certification of HSE Management System.
Ventor HSE Management System is in conformity with international standards OHSAS 18001.
