Owing to both dynamic development and realization of the new investments on Scandinavian markets we are looking for employee to the new opened office in Stavanger’s workplace :
Process engineer
Work place: Norway
A job description/duties:
- Carry out effective and competent process designs , detailed calculations, drawings, specifications, sizing and selection of equipment
- Material selection, vendor technical assessments and review of vendor documents
- Dimensioning of piping and equipment
- Specification of equipment for purchase
- Use of simulation tools
- Updating of registers/documentations
- Process safety, API analyses and Hazop
- Platform survey may also be required
Requirements:
- Preferably BSc/MSc or similar in chemical engineering
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good speaking and writing skills in English
- Higher technical education
- Relevant experience in offshore projects
- Good knowledge of prevailing regulations and standards
- Good interpersonal skills and ability of teamwork
- At least two years of work experience
